Phone banking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and allows you to perform basic transactions over the phone for the cost of a local phone call^. Access your account using any touchtone telephone by calling 13 14 72 and selecting option 1.

With phone banking, you can:

  • Pay bills via BPAY®
  • Activate a new card
