Heritage Credits allows you to earn credits (rewards points) to spend on products for your home and lifestyle as well as physical and electronic gift cards from a wide range of retailers. You can earn credits, browse rewards and redeem online, anytime with secure 24/7 access to the Heritage Credits portal.
You'll be registered if you have an eligible rewards credit card such as our Platinum Visa or Classic Visa. You'll also be registered if you hold products from at least three of the following different product categories: Savings or transaction account, Personal loan, Credit card, Home loan, Term deposit and/or Business loan.

If you're registered for Heritage Credits, you'll receive bonus credits on your anniversary of joining Heritage Bank.
Receive 1 credit each year when your membership with Heritage has been active for 2-4 years inclusive
Receive 2 credits each year when your membership with Heritage has been active for 5-7 years inclusive
Receive 3 credits each year when your membership with Heritage has been active for 8 years or more

What counts as a qualifying purchase to earn Heritage Credits?
Most everyday spending where you use your card or digital wallet to make a purchase will count towards your qualifying spend on a Heritage Bank rewards enabled credit card.
Transactions that don't count towards your spend are cash advances, interest charges, credit fees and charges, disputed transactions, foreign exchange purchases, travellers cheques, credit card payments, gambling chip purchases, bill payments using BPAY® or utility bills paid over the counter at a financial institution at Bank@Post outlet.
