If you have misplaced your card, you can apply a temporary lock in the Mobile Banking App while you look for it. 

If your card has been lost, stolen or damaged, you can permanently cancel your card in Heritage Online and order a new one.

Internet Banking

  1. Login to Heritage Online and go to the Services menu
  2. Select the card you’d like to permanently cancel from the drop down box.
  3. Click the Cancel Card button. Your card will be permanently cancelled.

Note: If you cancel your card in Heritage Online, a new card will be ordered automatically. Direct debits, online payments and payments from your digital wallet which are linked to your card credentials will continue and will be updated when you activate your new card. If you need to cancel these, please contact us on 13 14 22.

Mobile Banking App
