If you have misplaced your card, you can apply a temporary lock in the Mobile Banking App while you look for it.
If your card has been lost, stolen or damaged, you can permanently cancel your card in Heritage Online and order a new one.
Note: If you cancel your card in Heritage Online, a new card will be ordered automatically. Direct debits, online payments and payments from your digital wallet which are linked to your card credentials will continue and will be updated when you activate your new card. If you need to cancel these, please contact us on 13 14 22.
