Getting started with Google Wallet

1. Open the Google Wallet app on your watch and tap “Get started”.
2. Then, open the Fitbit app on your phone and follow the instructions.
3. Access your card in the Google Wallet app on your wrist for a speedy and secure checkout.

On other Fitbit devices

Once installed on your iOS or Android device, you can use the Fitbit app to add your Heritage Visa credit or debit cards to Fitbit Pay.

Getting started with Fitbit Pay 

1. With your compatible Fitbit wearable handy, open your Fitbit app and tap "Fitbit Wallet" from the home dashboard.
2. Then, follow the instructions to add your card to your device. If it’s you're first time setting up Fitbit Pay and you don’t already have a 4-digit PIN code, you’ll be asked to set one up. You will also need to accept the terms and conditions and verify yourself via a unique one-time SMS code.
3. Once you’re set up, you can pay on the go by holding your Fitbit wearable near the terminal.

• Your physical card number is replaced with a ‘token’ to pay for purchases, which means your card number will never be shared

• For added safety, Fitbit watch requires authentication from your personal watch PIN
