To view the SMS and Emails sent to you due to certain actions occurring on your membership, login to Heritage Online.
Go to the Settings menu and select View SMS/Email History.
This will show you a list of SMS and Emails for actions taken on your account, such as adding a new payee or change of contact details. You can filter these messages based on a from/to date.
