We have been alerted that scammers are sending SMS messages and calling members pretending to be from the Heritage Fraud team. Reports tell us the scammers are sending an SMS (pictured below) saying you will soon receive a call from the fraud team, making the call feel even more legitimate. You may be asked to transfer money, hand over banking information and One Time Passwords (OTP), PIN, internet banking passwords or other personal details.
