Heritage Bank Gatton moved to a new location this week, reaffirming its commitment to the local region with a bigger and better branch.
Locals need not worry about changing their travel route too much, with the branch only moving a few doors down to 44 Railway Street, in the former ANZ branch.
Heritage Gatton Branch Manager Kylee Burwell said, “While other banks are leaving regional towns, Heritage is committed to providing locals in Gatton with a full range of banking services on their doorstep.
“We’ve been a part of the Gatton community since 1978. We’re in it for the long haul, and are absolutely thrilled to welcome people to our new and improved branch.
Ms Burwell said following the recent flood events, it was more important than ever for the community to show their support for one another.
“We’re proud to be a part of the local fabric and actively look for ways we can give back.
“Many Queenslanders have been impacted by the recent heavy rain and flooding, including people in the Gatton and Lockyer Valley region. We know this is a tough time for many, but we want you to know that the team at Heritage is here to help.
“Getting our members back on their feet is our top priority, so if you have any queries about financial hardship, please come and see us.”
