Heritage Bank cashback offer provides $2000 boost for first home buyers

First home buyers keen to enter the property market can now get $2,000 back in their pockets thanks to a limited time offer from Heritage Bank.
From today (Thursday, 1 October) until February 5, 2021, Heritage is offering $2,000 cash back for first home buyers on eligible Heritage Bank home loans with Lenders Mortgage Insurance.
The level of first home buyer lending at Heritage has started to rebound in the last few months, after dropping significantly in the period immediately after the COVID pandemic hit.
CEO Peter Lock said the special offer added to the already compelling case for first home buyers to consider Heritage for their home loan, especially in the COVID environment.

Heritage Bank’s First Home Buyer Cashback Offer is available on a range of fixed rate and variable home loans, giving eligible borrowers the option to access features such as:
- no monthly or redraw fees
- free online redraw facility
- optional offset account, and
- the ability to make increased or lump sum payments.
