Customers can now transfer up to $40,000 per day through Heritage Online, following an increase to our maximum available daily limit.

Customers can now transfer up to $40,000 per day through Heritage Online, following an increase to our maximum available daily limit.
We’ve listened to your feedback, so from Monday 2 December members can request to increase their maximum SMS security Heritage Online transfer limit from $25,000 to $40,000.
This limit is for interbank transfers and to other Heritage accounts, along with special limit billers like credit card and sports betting accounts.
This gives you greater convenience in terms of how you access your money and is an example of how Heritage operates in the best interests of our customers.
Please be aware the current limit on your account will not be automatically increased – you will have to request an increase to your limit, up to the $40,000 maximum.
You can do that by ringing our Contact Centre on 13 14 22, or by completing a form available in-branch.
