The new version of Heritage Online has been available for customers to try since March, and was officially switched over today.
The new Heritage Online has all the same features customers know and love but with a brand new look, some minor functionality upgrades and behind-the-scenes security improvements.
What’s new?

Pending Visa transactions will now be viewed in the transaction listing page for the relevant account (previously these were found in the ‘Visa Authorisations’ section)
Transfers has changed by combining into the one page ‘Transfers between Heritage Accounts’ and ‘Inter-bank Transfers’
Business Banking upload batch process is now easier:
Customers no longer have to install a security policy to upload a batch
Customers can use any computer/device with a modern browser to upload batches
Customers can now see the full details of their previously uploaded/processed batches in the Batch History section
Security enhancements now allow for longer passwords. The new version has also been designed to be compatible with the latest versions of web browsers which offer greater security over older browsers.
Customers will still have access to the old version of Heritage Online if they need it however it will be turned off soon.
